Shipping and Delivery

- Standard delivery times are estimated between 3–5 working days, but delays may occur.

Returns, exchanges and Refunds
- We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or faulty upon receipt.
- If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.ensleek@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence.
- We will assess your claim and, if valid, offer a replacement, repair, or refund, including postage costs.
- Exchanges will be accepted for any other reason, including change of mind or incorrect size selection. Exclusions: intimate apparel, personalized items.
- Items eligible for exchange should be in unused condition with original tags/packaging
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs, If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
